1. Agreement to Terms

Source Push is a cloud-based service that provides over-the-air (OTA) update delivery for React Native applications. Our Service includes:
- Update Delivery: Secure distribution of JavaScript bundles and assets to React Native applications
- CLI Tools: Command-line interface for managing deployments and releases
- Analytics Dashboard: Web-based interface for monitoring update performance and user adoption
- API Access: RESTful APIs for programmatic access to our services
- CI/CD Integration: Support for popular continuous integration and deployment platforms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Registration

9. Termination and Suspension
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and data after 30 days
- You will remain liable for any outstanding fees
- Provisions of these Terms that survive termination will remain in effect
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotBrains Tecnologia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HotBrains Tecnologia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload or distribute through the Service
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Chamber. The arbitration shall be conducted in Portuguese, and the seat of arbitration shall be Goiânia, Brazil.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or legal action shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or consolidated action.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect
- Notify you via email or through our website
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
